Volunteers, please help CES by re-activating your volunteer registration

  • All approved volunteers from the 2013-2014 school year must re-activate no later than 10/31/2014 in order to continue as approved volunteers during the 2014-2015 school year.
  • After 10/31/2014, WCPSS will be required to pay for any new criminal record checks on individuals to be re-approved to volunteer during the 2012-2013 school year.
  • The volunteer system is available Monday-Friday until October 31, 2014. After that it will only be available on Mondays from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Visit the Cary Elementary Media Center or check in the CES Office for more information.
