Child Identification Project Events on May 24 and June 28


What: Each parent / guardian receives a Child Identification sheet including your child’s photograph, vital statistics (age, height & weight, hair and eye color), fingerprints and parent / guardian contact information. Parents / guardians keep this sheet in a safe place; the Cary Police Department does not keep a copy nor any of the information.

Where: Cary Towne Center Mall, Food Court area (adjacent to the Cary Police Dept. Service Center near the Food Court entrance).

When: Fourth Thursday of each month:
Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 4 – 6 p.m.
Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 4 – 6 p.m.

There is no charge for the Child Identification sheet. Parent or guardian must accompany the child / children and will fill out the information form with vital statistics and parent / guardian contact information. CAP Team members will enter the information from the form, work with parent or guardian to scan the child’s fingerprints and take a color photograph of the child.
