Study Island: A great way for students in grades 3 -5 to practice skills at home on the computer

studyislandThis year, Cary Elementary has access to a great resource for preparing our students for the North Carolina End-of-Grade Tests (EOG) in grades 3-5. Wake County Public Schools has purchased a license for a web-based program called Study Island, which is accessible to students from school or home. If you have internet access at home, your child can utilize Study Island to practice for the EOG Tests as well as reinforce skills that are taught in class. Study Island can be accessed weekends, holidays, vacations, and even over summer break. We are excited about the potential benefits this program can bring to our students, and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
