Join students around the world to learn about computer programming, also known as “coding,” during Computer Science Education Week (December 8-14, 2014). Last year, over 15 million students tried an Hour of Code in one week, including our CES Technology Club! This year, Hour of Code hopes to reach 100 million students. Cary Elementary’s 2nd-5th graders started their Hour of Code last week and will continue working through the activities this week. Click here to learn more about the Hour of Code or watch the video below.
The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics.
